Cancellation of your ticket for the Hands On! Conference is only possible via a notification by email to handson@rijksmuseum.nl For every cancellation we will deduct 100 euro’s excl. VAT from the ticket price for administration and handling fee.
In case of a cancellation we will refund: 100 % of the registration fee (till 15 June 2015) minus 100 euro’s excl. VAT, 50% of the registration fee (till 15 July 2015) minus 100 euro’s excl. VAT, after 16 July 2015 we will not reimburse cancelled tickets.
In case you are not able to attend the conference yourself, you can give your ticket to a colleague. Please send us an email with his or her personal details so we have the conference badge personalized.
